Yoga is suitable for everyone, no matter what your age or how stiff you feel, and there is no particular favoured body type.  As Richard Freeman, the Ashtanga Yogi says “No-one can do all the yoga postures!”, but you will certainly notice the transformational changes as your practice develops.
